By booking, attending, purchasing, or otherwise using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Our services are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, or emergency care. Any advice, techniques, or recommendations provided by our instructors, therapists, coaches, or facilitators are not medical advice unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class, workshop, or package at any time, subject to applicable law and any pre-paid commitments already made to you.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking or registering.
• Inform us of any relevant medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy, sensitivity, disability, or other circumstance that may affect your participation or safety.
• Follow all instructions, safety guidance, studio rules, and reasonable directions given by our staff.
• Use equipment and facilities responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
• Refrain from attending sessions while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or physical ability.
• Respect the privacy, safety, and comfort of other clients, staff, and visitors.
• Not engage in abusive, disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct on our premises or during online sessions.
• Ensure that children or dependants under your care are supervised at all times, where permitted.

You are solely responsible for determining whether our services are suitable for you. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

We reserve the right to refuse admission, suspend participation, or terminate services where we reasonably believe your conduct, condition, or non-compliance creates a safety risk, disrupts operations, or breaches these Terms.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect services already paid for, except where required by law or expressly stated in the relevant service terms.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is expressly approved by Serene Pulse Wellness Studio.
• We may accept payment by cash, card, bank transfer, or other methods made available from time to time.
• Any booking is only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment or written confirmation from us.
• Packages, memberships, and promotional offers may be subject to separate validity periods, usage limits, and conditions.
• Unused sessions, credits, or packages are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
• Where applicable, taxes, fees, or charges will be disclosed at checkout or invoicing stage in accordance with Singapore law.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or declined, we may suspend access to services until the outstanding amount is settled. You are responsible for any bank charges, chargeback fees, or administrative costs arising from failed or disputed payments, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance fairness to clients with the operational needs of Serene Pulse Wellness Studio. Specific service types may have additional cancellation rules disclosed at the time of booking.

• Classes and workshops: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for rescheduling or credit, subject to availability and our discretion.
• Private sessions and consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend, may be charged in full and are generally non-refundable.
• Therapeutic massage and time-based services: If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
• Studio cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule a service, you may choose a rescheduled session, credit, or refund for the affected service, as determined by us and subject to applicable law.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, promotional purchases, discounted packages, and partially used memberships are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Liability Limitations

Participation in wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical strain, dizziness, muscle soreness, emotional discomfort, allergic reactions, or injury. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, except to the extent caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Serene Pulse Wellness Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit from participation in our services.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto our premises, except where required by law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to release and hold harmless Serene Pulse Wellness Studio, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of your participation in our services, except where such claims arise from our negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, methods, class formats, recordings, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, audio materials, handouts, and other intellectual property used or provided by Serene Pulse Wellness Studio are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from our materials;
• Record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture classes, sessions, or workshops where prohibited;
• Use our name, logo, branding, or materials for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of our website, booking system, or digital content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by Serene Pulse Wellness Studio without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Serene Pulse Wellness Studio shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health restrictions, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, power outages, internet failures, or supply chain disruptions.

In such circumstances, we may suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel services without liability, except for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where reasonably possible, we will offer rescheduling, credit, or other appropriate remedies.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revised version, unless otherwise required by law.
